“Negative Visual Effect”
‘Hamburger Helper’ Meal
Here is a quick dinner meal that is packed with high-octane ingredients. Make sure you have plenty of Rolaids or Tums on hand for any unpleasant after-effects.
Combine in warm skillet, the following:
Cook on stove or over campfire until done. For beginners, that means when the hamburger is no longer pink. If you like your meat well-done, the beef should be brown.
Add ½ to 1 bottle of ketchup to your concoction. Grab a fork or spoon; and do a sample taste. Add garlic salt or pepper if you want it spicier. If you want it really spicy hot, add as much Tabasco sauce as you can tolerate. Continue sampling and adding the spices until you are satisfied. It is now ready to serve.
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you move.
Serving size: 1-4 people, depending on how hungry you are.
* I have found that baked beans, ranch house beans, or pork and beans go best with hamburger.
